I have met with my mentor Dave Pursell. He was excited to hear that we were getting to start this project soon. We talked about how we were going to do this project which is building a weight lifting and nutrition plan for everyone. We talked for 15 minutes on what we were going to do to get the project started. Now, the process is planned and ready to be started shortly!

I have contacted my mentor and figured out how to exactly put together my project. Nothing is for sure yet but I have a good idea on how to build my project. During the process of building my project I hope to learn multiple things about fitness and health. I am very excited to complete my project and present my final product to an audience.
I have just recently finished my research paper. Now, I will be working on my product that I will be presenting. I will work with my mentor Dave Pursell to make my product. We will be making a muscle mass nutrition and workout program. As we do this I will be testing several things to make the most effective product.
These past few weeks I have been working on my senior project research paper. These things must be done along with the paper: thesis statement, outline, sources, and works cited page. For me I have learned so much more from writing my paper on my senior project. I think by writing the paper it brings the point across about why this is important to me. Also, I have learned that this project can not only help me but it can help others out as well.
This week we are to have forty to fifty note cards done by Wednesday. As I keep reading my sources I find more and more information to put into my research paper. This is why I love my topic, because there is so much you can learn even if you think you already know what it takes. Also I've found out what successful people have done in the past and I will use them as guidelines in making my workout/nutrition program.
Last week we started working on senior projects, and I was to choose a topic that I was interested in. So, I did some researching and found the best topic to my liking and chose to build a fitness program. Included with my fitness program will also be a nutrition plan. This program I am going to make is based on muscle mass progression. In conclusion I will build this program for those not only trying to be fit and healthy, but also packing more muscle on.
